Italo Jewelry Tracking Order Status

I have purchased two rings and am delighted with both of them. Both are very sparkly and look real. I do plan on purchasing more jewelry!

I had received a ring as a gift and decided to go to the companies website so I could see if there was anything that would cath my eye. The gift was a large green emerald type stone with diamonds on the side. I decided I wanted a smaller emerald type band and purchased it. Within a month one of the green stones fell out. I contacted the company and waited 3 weeks for a reply, in fact any reply from this company takes 3-4 week. The website says there is a 1 year warranty however they asked me to pay to replace the ring to cover their shipping costs. I feel if something is defective and lasts less than 30 days I shouldn’t be asked to cover anything. I also notice that their website enhances the jewelry to such an extreme that what you receive really looks nothing like their picture. The jewelry resembles the pics but is no where near the quality they are boating. I feel it’s so enhanced it’s fraudulent. The ring I had received as a gift is still intact but comping it to what it looks like on their website is disappointing. I see a lot of customer reviews with their own pictures of the purchases received and the pics are so lackluster it’s disappointing. I have fine jewelry and also a lot of costume and precious rings I have purchased beautiful jewelry from St. Maarten and also QVC/HSN and none of their stuff when advertised was this overly enhanced. I look at the customer reviews and while I know they are happy with their purchase to say what they received looks just like the picture is ludicrous- all you have to do is look at the product vs the customer pic. I’ll never purchase another item from this company because I know exactly what I’m going to have - buyers remorse! HSN does better and at least their stuff is returnable without me footing the bill for damage goods!

So.... I had to wait for a LONG TIME before receiving my piece of jewelry however, it eventually arrived. To my disappointment, the piece looked cheap and very ugly so I wrote the company and they offered me to exchange it for another piece. I had several options and none of them were suitable for me so I wrote to them again, complaining that I did not like the options I received in order to exchange the piece. Italo offered me yet another option just to make sure I was satisfied and I went ahead and was able to exchange it. Once I received the new piece, I was delighted!!! The piece is gorgeous and it goes well with the other rings I wear. The stones were clear, the craftmanship was of top quality and the customer service was excellent.
