The second scooter I bought in Aug 24, so much better than the old one of 5 years. I rode it off and on on Private ground. When I came to charge it, it would not charge. I emailed isinwheel and told them my problem. Do Not Worry they said, please find someone who can repair. I did after a little while find Daniel in my home town of Wellington Telford. He told me what was wrong, I advised isiswheel and they sent me a new battery and paid all of Daniel's costs for his work done, along with a payment to me for my expenses for going back and for. Well I could not have asked for better service. IsInWheel were terrific.Thank you so much, all is now OK. John

Great products, bought 2 scooters for Christmas, the kids loved them, I emailed the company to let them know how good they are, great communication and I hope they do well going into the future, would highly recommend, great value for money, thanks from Paul Hankin
