they sold us tickets for Disneyland ( 4 times 3 tickets for four days entrance) and at the entrance of Disney we found out that the tickets were not valid and we had to pay all over again.

Scam Dont Buy It is easy to get tricked bu the look of the site. Should have checked truspilot before. Tickets could never being downloaded. Thank god paid with amex and given and the charge will be disputed.

I was in Edinburgh on New Year’s Day and booked a bus tour through Isango for the afternoon. They took my £30, I received confirmation of my booking and money left my account. I went to start the tour to find out it was not running on that day. I immediately requested a refund from Isango, nearly 3 weeks later I still have not been refunded my money. I will never use them again and suggest you don’t.

I paid for tickets which didn’t arrive Then paid again via my friends bank Which did arrive Informed isango who told me my tickets had been used, well yes the second ones Awaiting refund for first tickets

Bought a ticket for the Toronto hop-on hop-off bus. They sent me a ticket but when the girl at the queue tried to scan it, the code wasn't working. In the end I had to purchase a new ticket. I contacted ISANGO three months ago to request a refund and am still waiting. I have sent them half a dozen of emails but they stopped responding. It is just £35 but it is my money and I will not stop until I get my money back. It is a disgrace that such a company could operate like they do since the whole thing it is clearly a scam.
