The Airtag Multi Tool case is incredible. Solidly built out of metal. The tools actually work. Feels good holding it. Comes in handy. Did not have an issue taking on board an airplane. Easy to remove the airtag. The warranty is also very good. Quick, cooperative and satisfying.

I called in to ask some questions about a sale going on since I was having a hard time following the website. I spoke with Jasmine and she was super nice and helpful, and I could tell it was from a genuine want to help. I was having a hard time following some of the website layout and sales going on and she was patient with me as I worked through it. She went above and beyond and ran back to the warehouse to check stock on an item while I fumbled through the options on screen. With how low the line for proficiency at work has fallen over the last few years, it was such a breath of fresh air to talk to somebody who was pleasant and helpful. She created a customer experience that backed up the premium price tag associated with the Pitaka brand. I intend to share this with friends and family and come back. I have recently purchased the magez stand and magez case pro for iPad mini 6. The build quality was solid and got that premium feel. In addition, it really compliments well with the iPad mini. In terms of customer service, it was slightly on the slow side in terms of replies but it could be due to timezone difference. However, the overall experience of the customer service was excellent where they managed to resolve all my issues and enquiries really professionally.
