Elm table arrived covered in black spray paint. Customer service team didn’t know why this was done but stated it was not a defect. So the return fees were outrageous. Do not waste your money!

Customer service will run you around for an hour swapping between text, email, links to online forms, and a phone system that hangs up if you can't enter a staff member's name. Then they tell you the faulty item you collected isn't included in their "Returns Policy" - as if doing the right thing by a customer is now no longer reasonable 'policy'! Stay away unless you want an expensive mistake on your hands.
