Instantcart Tracking Order Status

What was once a help to customers is no longer. The service fee went from high to extreme. If I want to place an order my bill is $25 plus dollar before I pick my first item and that does even include the tax, delivery fee, and tip that will be added to my bill at the end. That's absolutely insane. I closed my account.

Instant cart delivery is awful but because I am disabled and don’t drive I have to use it Customer service people are, rude , and hateful I always used debit or ebt to pay for my order Today I tried to pay a order but at check out Apple Pay pop up and I had no other choice Call the customer service and told Them my problem about 20 times spent about 45 minutes on the phone Customer service idiot: go to checkout page and you will see your phone number below it You see payment debit card or ebt card check which one or both Click pay Lisa: I know how to check out but below my Phone number is no choice only Apple Pay Customer service idiot: put you on hold 15 minutes and come say the same thing Lisa: repeat that they is no choice to but apple After going through this about 20 times Customer service idiot will tell you that you are confused , don’t understand check out, and/or tell you that you have not check out If you don’t have to used instant cart delivery don’t! It expensive and you don’t get what you pay for and call customer service they will Discriminate , lie, treat you as stupid and won’t let you talk to a supervisor Worst delivery and customer service I have ever used

Quality software, that does what it's supposed to do was essential when we selected our cart provider over 6 years ago. I'm please to say we still use Instantcart on a daily basis and in those 6 years, it's grown and moved with the times significantly - Whilst keeping customer support and function at its core. Adding content is a breeze, we used to struggle adding product attributes, tags and bundles through our old store but with this its very simple to add and manage so you can keep control of whats going on. Never looked back, simples!
