First time ordering some prints/frames…

First time ordering some prints/frames, have admired their stuff online for a while and finally ordered 3 prints, 1 with a beautiful gold ornate frame just after Christmas. Sadly only half the order arrived but I contacted them on email and then on their Instagram chat the person was super helpful and apologetic and the rest of the order was promptly sent out that same day.
