IHOP Tracking Order Status

I ordered ihop through DoorDash and was supposed to get the New York cheescake pancake but what I got was plain pancakes with cream cheese and syrup in separate containers. Since when did I have to put together my pancake? Looked up to find out why that happened and apparently they changed how they make that pancake and give you just plain pancakes and you have to put all the extra stuff on. I’m sorry but I liked when it had little cheesecake bits in the pancake and now they ruined it. I’m never ordering from them again

My order was very late and when I received it it was cold

So IHOP got rid of their Hoppy Hour. Sodas were 1.50 they are now 3.29. Mozzarella sticks were 4.00 now 8.99. So 3 breakfast items a fry and mozzarella sticks with 4 sodas was 55.00 WTH. Not coming back, used to be every week

Very poor service. Waited 20mins after being seated. Only good staff was man that seated me. Props go to him. He came back, because I was getting ready to walk. Place was pretty much empty, but women walking or standing while I waited.

The location by lakeside mall is so bad! If you walk in after 7pm, no one will even walk up to help you. I was standing there for 5mins and didn't see 1 worker.
