Iconic Lights Tracking Order Status

Absolutely fantastic experience. Used this company very recently to order some really smart looking lamps for the bedroom. They arrived very quickly for a fantastic price and look absolutely brilliant. I thought the bulbs had been missed off by them though and didn't realise I hadn't added them onto the order manually. When moaning by email, they were again very quick and responsive. I then ordered the bulbs separately. They also arrived very quickly. Super impressed by everything, the delivery, the response to my emails, the quality of the product, the price of the product. Superb experience. Sorry Iconic for getting it wrong about the bulbs! But thank you for bearing with me! Will 100% go here first for my lights going forward. Thanks!

Great experience. ICONIC lights products have always been of superb quality (3rd time I am ordering from them), reasonably priced with responsive customer service team. What more can you ask for? Would recommend.

I’m always cautious from buying from Online companies and I spent ages researching Iconic Lights before ordering. In the end I went ahead and bought two Sheridan Steampunk Electric pendant lights with a clear glass shade and two light bulbs from Iconic Lights. They arrived in good time and were just as expected. No complaints here -they look great in my hallway!

I’ve decided to give a low rating due to the lack of responses I have received back from their customer service. Enquired about a refund due to paying for next day delivery, and my order not arriving the next day, nothing, not even an acknowledgement. The lamp itself is great, but the after purchase care from this company is poor. So any issues with your order, it would seem you have no hope in hell of getting a response. I wouldn’t recommend this company

I ordered come glass ball lights and when I opened them a month after delivery due to house renovations one of them was smashed, I contacted customer service who arranged for a replacement whole new light to be sent out and I received it the next day! Amazing customer service, thank you so much!
