Good most of the time, however the bandwidth clearly gets throttled to 100Mbps download speed some busy evenings (1gb fiber + ethernet). Client service unhelpful asking for endless speed test results.

Masa R. was very help and seemed to really understand billing policies well which saved me paying activation fees that I didn’t need to pay. I’ve had hyperoptic for over a year now and I haven’t had any issues! (even when I had to move house)

Engineer polite, professional. Would liked to have had the router in another room, but that was not the option.

Bogdan was great with the account creation and onboarding process!! Answered all questions we had and made the whole experience easy.

I changed to total wifi, and my new ZTE router was causing me problems, but my original Nokia router was always perfect. SO i spoke with Sladjana yesterday at 1pm, discussed, she arranged immediately to send me a Nokia total wifi HUB, which arrived 10 am this morning . all works absolutely perfectly . The customer service by Sladjana was absolutely amazing and this standard can only be dreamed by other companies. Thank you
