Not Still waiting

Update: received an email saying product has been sent and the proposed day for delivery. The product arrived on that date. Great. Not yet opened it. Will update again tomorrow. Upgrading to three stars for delivery information update and delivery. Original review: Still waiting. No information on my order other than an email letting me know that they will email again when they will dispatch. Nothing so far on that front. But they have chased many times for a review. I would have waited for the product before reviewing, but happy to oblige given the chasers. In the context, one star so far as being asked for reviews rather than being provided with updates on my order is not helpful.

The item advertised on the website was both out of stock and discontinued. The refund came through quickly but it should never have been shown as available

Easy to order & speedy delivery.

Website a bit difficult to find (showed up on my phone when searching for the product but not on my PC using the same search). Good price with faster delivery than expected. Manufacturers packaging looks good. Christmas present for a family member so have yet to see if the product lives up to expectations.

Great product

Great product, quick delivery after order placed. I bought a Katherine Carnaby rug, but prior to purchasing wanted to get some samples. The live chat was helpful but after two weeks of chasing (the problem was with the supplier but unfortunately the communications with Houseology were not great) I spoke to someone in customer services who then ensured that the samples were sent out. I placed the order on the Monday and the rug arrived on the Thursday, which made up for it. I would definitely buy from Houseology again.

Recently bought a mirror from Houseology but when it arrived it was slightly damaged and I felt colour was not as advertised. I got in touch with Lisa from Houseology to arrange a return and refund.. the customer service from Lisa and the whole team has been brilliant...they quickly arrange a collection to return it and I was kept fully informed of their refund process...I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from this company, they are so helpful.
