Shanghai HOTO Technology Co., Ltd. Tracking Order Status

Don't buy anything there. I placed an order at the beginning of December. Parcel has been stuck somewhere in Germany and doesn't move since 10 Dec (Today 14 Feb) I paid $20 for delivery. Support is just ignoring or answering like they read my message for the first time.

Refuse to take responsibility for package mislabeling, which led to it being delivered to the other side if the country. Ignores all email correspondence with generic “contact your local mail carrier” response. Will not give the refund or do any work thats required of them to resolve the issue with mail carriers.

Ho acquistato da questa azienda un prodotto per la pulizia (un compressore per spruzzare l'acqua a pressione) funzionante a batteria. Il prodotto è eccellente e le caratteristiche dichiarate sono rispettate. L'unico problema è la scarsa durata della batteria (non più di mezz'ora senza usarlo continuativamente). Mi sono rivolto quindi alla casa madre chiedendo se era disponibile il ricambio da acquistare presso di loro. Dapprima mi hanno detto di si, poi mi hanno chiesto la fattura di acquisto e quando gliel'ho inviata si sono rifiutati di vendermi il ricambio perché il prodotto non è stato acquistato direttamente da loro. Questo mi ha fatto capire che la garanzia del prodotto non potrà mai essere applicata. Comportamento scorretto malgrado il prodotto sia buono.

Charged me for import taxes, then commit tax fraud by declaring my purchase as a gift and understating its value (by a lot), hence not paying custom taxes. Knowing that the 20% VAT I paid went straight to their account is just infuriating! I contacted them to ask for explanation, but, of course, they don't reply... AVOID this company at all cost! Also, while I ordered on their website directly, the packet seems to have been sent by (and went trough through) 2 dummy corporations, which – I believe – is a way to protect their fraudulent methods.

They are not GDPR-compliant and keep spamming you with emails after you place an order with them - with no unsubscribe link.
