Dealing with customer service or tech people in 2023 is, as we all know, an experience in frustration. They are either too smart or too patronizing. BUT!! once in awhile you meet a man who is a true professional and that was the guy at Host Monster!! He was patient with me (I still use a pencil) and worked out all of my problems.
