Honey Play Box Tracking Order Status

Product was as mentioned. Shipping was supposed to be three to four days...it took almost TWO weeks. And when it arrived there was duty to be paid that i was not expecting

I've ordered so many items from HoneyPlayBox I'm not sure what I'm rating here except the company is excellent. Fast response, great items, and never a problem. I will confidently order more in the future.

Quality of product and the pleasure it gives

I purchased a toy from honey play box recently and the product was faulty. I was upset that in an international customer and that I wouldn't be able to return the product due to the shipping and handling fees being as much as the toy itself. I left my review saying as much and honey play box contacted me to arrange an alternative method of proving the product was faulty. It took a couple months of emailing, but I now have a replacement that works!! thanks to great customer service and diligent staff, I am now very happy with my purchase.
