I’m enjoying the app very user friendly

Overall I love that I can communicate with my clients regarding specific projects inside a portal so that I don't have to dig through emails and other communication channels. There are other great features of Honeybook as well that make everything much easier. However, a couple areas of improvement: 1. There should be an automatic email sent to new clients with a video overview of the client portal to show them around when they first sign in. 2. I wish they had the capability built-in to support design file review & approval. I have had to create a manual work around which is somewhat clunky.

I love how robust the platform is. It has really streamlined my process and approach with my clients. That said, I'd love more tutorial or even the option to schedule a one-on-one with a Honeybook rep/agent to get familiar with the program because it's functionality is a little overwhelming.

I was so excited after hearing a trusted friend recommend HoneyBooks. After signing up , there has been nothing but trouble. It took a while to figure out what I was doing, but afterward payments would not go through. The help desk responded quickly but offered little solution beside try another payment. Several clients were reaching out to me saying that payments were not going through. I tried a test payment with my own account and it wouldn't go through. Later on a test payment of my own went through and after being relieved that it is finally working, I just received a verification email that my account is under review and my payments are on hold until I submit sensitive information that I don't feel comfortable releasing. Utility bills???? I sent an email and I am looking forward to the answer of who the regulators are requiring the information. If it is reasonable I'll but at this point I have other options directly through my bank for payments and scheduling through other apps. I was hoping to find a one stop shop CRM.

It is a great system but there are issues with the website running very slow at times.
