HigherDOSE Tracking Order Status

The mask are cheaply made, the cord shorts out in a short amount of time! Do not buy!!!!

Due to heavy use, the first mask I purchased from higherdose broke due to suspected "faulty wiring" after only three months. However customer service was quick to respond and they just sent me a replacement free of charge.

Had some issues with my device but the company is giving me a refund. customer service is fast and friendly.

Loved my sauna blanket until it melted!! I contacted customer service and they said because it had been purchased over a year before it wasn’t under warranty any more. Expected more from such an expensive blanket. Would not recommend or order from them again. Beware!

Order of Infrared Mat Never Got Shipped Out! I have ordered their Infrared Mat back on 24 December 2021 for over chf 900. When I reached out to support they told me by the end of Feb 2022 I should get a notification that the order should be shipped out and I would receive a tracking number. Today is 28 Feb 2022, so almost 3 months since I have ordered the Product, and yet no Product in sight, not even a specific date to when I can expect it to be delivered. I asked for a full refund and hope that they will be quicker with getting the refund processed than they are with processing the shipment of the Product.
