Ich hatte kürzlich eine Bestellung bei Hexim aufgegeben, die verschiedene Artikel umfasste. Die erste Hälfte der Lieferung kam pünktlich an, jedoch fehlte die Säge bei einem der Artikel (35570 Gehrungslade mit Säge). Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und erhielt prompt eine Antwort. Sie informierten mich, dass die fehlende Säge bereits in den Versand gegeben wurde und stellten mir eine Paketnummer zur Verfügung, um die Sendung zu verfolgen. Der gesamte Vorgang war unkompliziert und der Kundenservice war äußerst hilfreich und freundlich. Dank der schnellen Bearbeitung konnte ich sicherstellen, dass ich mein Projekt rechtzeitig beginnen kann. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterstützung und dem Service von Hexim und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Team von Hexim!

Eine der besten Onlineshops. Ich habe hier schon einige Male, verschiedenste Waren gekauft und war immer sehr zufrieden, ob mit dem Bestellvorgang, der sehr schnelle Versand und die Ware, alles Top! Meine Empfehlung !

on june 5th 2023 I : - made an account; - logged in; - put the item in my shopping basket, used there welcomdiscount; - went to pay, filled in everything as needed; - payed via bancontact and no order got registered; - no confirmation via e-mail; - no ordered object got sent - after about the first 4 contacts with the client support they did not respond anymore; - only after leaving multiple bad reviews/warnings online of what really felt like a scam (see description below) they suddenly repayed me from another Hexim account on the 27th of july 2023, without even notifying me Although I eventually got a full refund by Hexim, I did really feel scammed and unsafe (providing credit card info) in the period in between... For a representation of the truth I still mention the following description. My bank seconds I did pay. Fraud case was opened, apparently it was payed to Paypall Hexim account but in Singapore?! Which also proves the issue was on their website, as I already notified them. My bank requested a refund from Paypall, it was not possible. I requested a refund from Hexim telling them I have had more then enough patience or I would reasonibly also warn other customers, on various sites the sell on. They still did not reply within my given 7 day period. So I left warning reviews on various sites. In the meantime, almost 2 months after date I did get a refund, without them notifying me.
