Great quality product and exceptional service

J'aimais beaucoup cette marque, mais ma dernière commande n'a pas été très fructueuse. J'ai commandé trois paires et bien que les tailles soient les mêmes, la coupe était totalement différente. Une paire avait la taille habituelle mais les deux autres étaient très inconfortables. Je suis également déçue parce que la bonne paire a été détruite dès la première utilisation ! J'ai donc payé environ 140€ pour trois paires de collants que je ne peux pas porter. Leurs soutiens-gorge sont très bien par contre, j'en porte un en ce moment.

Packaging not as good as it used to be. Had some concerns about the tights that arrived but 5 ⭐️ to customer services for a speedy response and sorting the issue promptly

I accidentally ordered tights in the wrong size and the right size was out of stock. Customer services sorted it out swiftly and efficiently.

I’ve always loved Heist tights- they fit well and are really comfortable. Unfortunately a couple of recent pairs of The Eighty laddered with the first wear. I contacted their help team just to make them aware. They replied very quickly and were incredibly helpful. I was very impressed- thank you again.
