Harper Collins Tracking Order Status

Coming back again and again! I placed my order on 24th December. I got no info about it, until 29th, when I’ve contacted their customer care and they told me it is scheduled to be dispatched on December 30. I was pretty sad as I have to leave the country on January 3rd and I lost all hope the books will arrive on time. But they sent it with a next day delivery, without any request and I got my parcel on December 31. I just couldn’t believe it, this was definitely a wonderful surprise! Thank you to the one who did this! You are precious! The books were carefully packed and I love them!

Apparently Harper Collins just started "book burning"... That's some pretty Nazi shiz right there... Should be ashamed of yourselves... Ref: David Starkey

I worked here from Nov till Feb and in one word Avoid. Supervisors are total aholes with a total lack of respect for anyone not in an orange vest. U would get treated better getting the jail and working inside too many cooks and none of them have a clue all want things done differently and if u tell them what you have been told by one and they don't like what they hear they get u the bullet no stability at all good riddance to arrogant people

I managed to damage, through my own stupidity, an audio CD which was part of a Collins language course. The customer care I received from the company while trying to replace the damaged disc was of the highest order and I can't thank them enough. Would that other companies were as professional.

Ordered 2 books for my old man in … Ordered 2 books for my old man in October. Received my confirmation email and all seemed well. Couple weeks later and still no books I checked my tracking number given by harpercollins. Number not recognised. Got in touch and after a half hour phone call was told it's been passed up the line. 2 weeks later I chased it up again. Still no joy. It's been 2 months and many phone calls and emails. No books or cash back!! Dodgy company... Avoid!!
