Hewi Tracking Order Status

Won't buy again. Items came not as described. I picked everything so it was curated by Hewi + condition "hardly even worn". First order came and the dress was described as a woman's but actually kids sizing. I requested a return and contacted customer support asking how can I return the dress. They responded the same day that "We have forwarded your message to the wider team for their support and investigation. We hope to provide you with an update by Monday morning at the latest." No updates on Monday. I emailed again, no answer. I sent another request. It's Tuesday. No answer. Almost all the items have flaws (pulls, stains, shrunken) and certainly not "hardly even worn". Unfortunately I made another order before got the first. 2 out of 3 items are as described, but Jacquemus jumper has a large stain on the cuff, hole in the sleeve. I again sent a request for a return and contacted customer service. No response. From website "Items bought through the 'Managed by Hewi' service, indicated by the Hewi logo on item listings, may be returned up to 14 days after the date the item was delivered. " But it's unclear what to do after I requested to return. What address? Do I need to buy my own label? How long will it take to get a refund? And I asked these questions, no response. Never had such a bad customer experience. I'm going on vacation soon, and trying to return only really faulty items.
