Halfords Ireland Tracking Order Status

I am really impressed with the service assistance and help I received from both the staff members Alfie and Jason when I visited the store branch of Halfords in Cowdray Road in Colchester in March. I was looking for Kurust but seems that Halfords do not stock that product anymore. Nevertheless Alfie was kind enough to point out that there were certain rust removal products and Hammerite paints on the CLEARANCE section. I am very glad to say that this was most helpful and also saved me quite a bit of money at the checkout, where Alfie also assisted me to get an additional discount on my Halfords account. I am a very satisfied customer due to this. Much appreciated. Jason later also helped me to find the correct tools for a different job on my vehicle brake pads. Thank you so much. Halfords Galway Galway Retail Park, Unit 6, Headford Rd, Galway, Co. Dublin, H91 W92P I needed a replacement car battery for my little Fiat 500. When I got there a lovely man called Shorta who I discovered later is worth his weight in gold, arrived to my car and checked out my engine, reviewed all Fiats with that engine size and year on his phone and pinpointed the correct battery (there are a few for the 500) He is a delightful, brilliant people manager, he offers the customer a professional, experienced and super customer friendly experience. He was happily engaging with the me and the other customers and mentoring the younger fitters who needed his knowledge and experience and expertise with the bulb changes, bonnet latches and awkward wiring they encountered. He managed to assist me with my battery fitting, and two or three other fitters with their difficult battles with bulb fittings with ease and I cant say this enough, dont lose him Halfords, whatever he is being paid, it should be more.

The friendly and helpful staff in the store (Tralee) and the efficient service provided by the young man called Kevin.

I bought a folding bike from the shop in Cambridge recently, they were super helpful and gave me lots of advice about gear and maintenance.

Just popped into Halfords in Daventry Northants on the off-chance of getting my headlight bulb changed. Josh and colleagues not only recommended better bulbs but suggested that is is recommended to upgraded both bulbs as one has blown, the other could be close to being worn out. I took the advice and the guys fitted the bulbs within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of all the lads. Thanks so much. Really good help
