I agree with everyone that the faster you get to the Credit card companies the better. HD must have known they were in trouble and failed their customers. I work with a Company called ADVENT HAIR AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. Jeff has always been helpful. Not always pleased with the result but he will work with you. I have notified Jeff and let him know I have recommended his company so he is expecting you.

Their website is down?! Their Facebook posts stay two weeks ago, needless to say, the latest video is two years ago on the youtube channel, Where should I buy systems in the future? I ordered from them for 3 years... As more than 10 years brand for hair systems, everybody knows them, although there are some new brands appeared these years, such as LaVividHair, I don't know which one will be my next "hairdirect"...

Yes they are closed. Almost all the reviews are negative and during the pandemic. Before the pandemic I ordered from them for 15 years and they did an amazing job almost every time. I never had to worry weather my hair looked fake or not. If there was an issue, I would just send it back and in a few weeks taken care of. Also, they had a great online store - that will be missed most of all. I am curious as to where everyone is ordering from now. I have had success with LordHair custom units, but their stock units tend to be too thick of density and colors too dark.

Delays, delays and more delays, always. Delays were an issue before Covid-19 for years. Every time there is a hiccup overseas, standard orders are delayed. Every time there is a scheduled factory closure in China/India, more delays. At some point, a contingency plan would have been nice.... ie.. multiple suppliers, process standing orders early in anticipation of factory closures, NOTHING. Now, you're not taking or returning call, email only.
