the price of a greyhound tickets is higher than a plane ticket,so I had to start flying, never thought I would see a bus ticket costing more than a plane ticket

This company has messed up soo many times first incredibly late than they came incredibly early and just left and they cancel whenever they want to its so inconsistant and I can't tell you how much money I wasted with them. Calling customer service is a hassle and even so there's not much they can do and sometimes it even just results in you spending more money (their actual thieves smh) anyways never taking them again after this time cause this is just ridiculous especially after booking 2 months in advance to avoid spending a lot I still ended up spending more because of their mistakes on not informing clients. Honestly at this point I think any other transport system would be a better option As for greyhoumd if you want constructive criticism I suggest by starting with getting your consistency in check and inorming customers of ANY changes please and thank you won't be taking you again.

I like the ride. I'd rather get told "No, it's not this line." So I know that's not where I'm supposed to be, lol. I do get a lot of attitude from the staff. Which makes it very difficult with all the confusion.

I purchased a ticket online for another party. At the last minute, they were unable to use the ticket. I have requested a refund because the 'ticket' was not used. However, Greyhound claims that because it was a 'reduced fare' ticket they don't give refunds. It would seem to me that this is a type of fraud. When a service is offered, then requested but due to unforeseen last-minute circumstances, the service is not provided, then there should be some type of refund, maybe a small charge for not using the ticket but to refuse any type of refund means they are getting paid for a service not rendered.

I would've gave a 5 star rating, if I was able to get a full refund in my original payment method. It turned out I didn't need my return ride. Which was 8 days away, but they gave a voucher instead *minus 5 dollars for a cancellation fee. **I probably should've read the return policy** but It's down below for anyone who needs it.
