Greggs Tracking Order Status

After a visit to EG Bridgnorth Services Greggs where I recieved poor customer services from a young gentleman serving I complained to HQ to not recieve a response. I will not be using again!

GREGGS Northwich town Center. As a delivery driver I jave to say that this place is awful. You can't hire teenagers who don't have a shadow of professionalism and expect to get good feedback. Is not just right to lie about the time frame of preparing an order. If you know will take a while, just say so we can assign the order for another driver. I have asked how long will take and one of the young ladies said not too long, after 10 min at least another lady said it will take at least 15 min more.... How to explain this to an angry customer when I will deliver the order after more then 30 min( counting the driving time as well)?!? Just at least, try to be more professional!!

I always go to Greg's and they are very helpful and fast But today I ordered online to pick up and had been waiting 35 minutes for 2 of my orders and I ordered by mistake but couldn't get a refund or cancel it the app is pretty bad but don't get why I had to wait 35 mins for an order that I ordered 2 hours before Of anyone can do anything my order numbers are ( 0553 , 0554 ) Also when the hot food came out for Gregs Worthing 111 montague Street the older manager has stopped doing hot food and is only on , on the weekends when that manager is off

Been going to greggs at dinnington for a while now mainly around dinner time there is always a queue out the door no availability on bakes , sandwiches , or the hot stand. This is getting a regular thing within that store. Sometimes I have even walked out and gone else where.

I’m a regular customer at the barking branch absolutely mortified at my last experience. Paid for my items via contactless as usual whilst the woman (looks roughly in her 40’s, white English ethnicity) was preparing my items. She then gave my things and I’ve walked out with my children, few seconds later she ran out after me and screamed in front of EVERYONE “you fxxxing thief, you’re a fxxxing tramp” I was so in shock and threw back I didn’t even know what to do. Absolutely humiliated in front of everyone. I’ve then checked my phone to double check I’ve paid as I get instant notifications from my bank- confirming cost & name of shop, each time I use contactless & I most definitely did pay. But I feel so horrible I had to go through that in front of my children and all the members of the public.
