Greenlight Tracking Order Status

It’s user friendly for the most part. There were some blunders I experienced in the beginning. I was mailed 2 cards for my niece with the same number but different expiration dates. Also, I wanted to add my nephew who lives in FL but the app didn’t give me the option to mail the card directly to him. When I called for assistance, the rep kept putting me on hold. I have to get it mailed to me, then mail it off to him. The fee is also unnecessary.. I don’t understand what I’m paying for. The kids are satisfied with the personalized cards. When my bank offers an option to get my kids debit cards, I’m cancelling these cards.

We love green light my kids have learned how to use a debit card sufficiently! They can never spend anything with out my knowledge of it! I love how the chores section makes them check their completed chores, and will only give them a percentage of what they actually finish! We love green light!

I like the app but it is difficult to navigate. I tried to set up part of my daughter’s paycheck, like $40, per paycheck. To go directly into her Greenlight account. But it has not worked as of yet.

There should be a function where parent can check off to confirm a chore is completed before funds can be released for that chore. the children are able to mark off chores as well as mark them in advance and the the app releases funds without parent having to approve before funds can be released
