Grainger Tracking Order Status

Unless you are 100 percent sure you're ordering what you need and want, don't buy from them. The return policy is not with the times and the customer service representative was not very professional in an emailed response. This was due to having to return a product to the Edmonton location when located in BC, yet there is a Grainger in Vancouver that could also take the return.

I'm trying to make purchase online, 1200.00 ballpark cost. Wanted to use PROMO CODE, EVERY ONE I TRY SAYS (NOT VALID) WASTE MY TIME

My company has only had great experiences with ordering from Grainger. 99% of the time, we get exactly what we ordered and get it within a day or two. Great service and solid customer reps. Everything generally seems to be overpriced, but you can get it that much faster.

Working with many Canadian companies but this the most unprofessional I've faced on this market so far. Customer service is not helpful. PO constantly late and not always delivered item is what you order. But still, they are trying you to charge for that even if you did return with them. Ther is not so aware communication between departments.

Sean who works the counter at 5000 northeast pkwy facility is an outstanding young man! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable professional and provided me with the best service I could ask for when I presented him with hard to find parts that I needed in a very tight time frame. ....Good job Sean Thank you
