GoToMeeting Tracking Order Status

I am adding to my previous review below. I have subsequently messaged via Facebook and will be receiving a full refund. I am very grateful for the response via this route. No stars at all. poor. I have cancelled my subscription but they say I have not...even though I checked and then checked again that it was cancelled. I asked for a refund- of the incorrectly taken subscription and they will not refund. I have not used the service and I have been charged incorrectly. I am now on the phone to them for over 40 minutes ...shocking service 100%. Use another platform unless you want to be caught with charges that you shouldn't have.

I have been using them for years. For the last few months, the quality of video conference services has gone down.

I think this is a really solid online video platform that really fails to deliver good quality picture and sound. i cant complain after using it for 3 years. it may not be the cheapest, but if you are in sales, then reliability is the key.
