Gorilla Gadgets Tracking Order Status

The day of the date below may or may not be exact ( I dont want to waste my time looking up the exact day at the moment) but the month is. September of 2024. My girlfriend purchased the 1500w Patio Heater light ($250+) and just 4 months later, the light filament burned out. The company said that they dont carry the filament and that it would be more than the light to purchase one so...not one to cause a ruckus, she actually purchased a new one ($250+) just over a month ago and so far...its holding up. Now...the company stated in my conversation with them that this NEW second one would be covered for 6 months...I'm not sure why the first one wouldn't be covered for 6 months...ohhhh...maybe because it's another $250+ ? Obviously,the first one was FAULTY and they did not replace the first one after burning out in just 4 months. All we wanted was the one that burned out In just 4 months...to be replaced or credited. This company is NOT A BBB ACCREDITED COMPANY...just fyi... My question is...WHY aren't they accredited with the BBB?

Receive the product of those missing a couple parts. Emailed company over a timeframe of four months To no Advil finally returned product in and was given a full refund after months of fighting them. What a horrible horrible horrible experience would recommend not buying from you

Not sure why so less review of that people, they are not that expensive and very reliable do have nice assortiment of every order out there for so many reasons I can't even start to describe anyway. Shipping also fast and totally secure.

Confusing regarding free shipping. Says you're eligible but then when you check out it doesn't offer free shipping. Contacting support didn't clarify things either. Trying to figure it out then sale ends. Meh.
