What customer service department?

My ACP benefits were transferred to GOMDUSA as soon as I ordered the tablet. The tablet I received is of good quality, like advertised. However, no data plan was included and no sim card was shipped with the device. Because of this I would need to speak with their customer service department. I am worried it may not exist. I have emailed. I have called, called, and called. When calling, I have also chose to speak to tech support. I have also chose to speak with sales. All with no success. 1 star is given...after all, what is a company without some kind of service for the customer, good or bad.
