Quality not up to the mark unfortunately.

After a few people recommending the GOMATIC 20L backpack I decided to by it. Unfortunately, the item came with a broken rivet and discolouration across the bag. I was able to get in touch with their customer service to get it resolved, but unimpressed with the quality of the bag after paying over £250!
