Golden Corral Tracking Order Status

Today May 5 2023 fried chicken skin cooked into the meat, first all some of us peal the skin off unhealthy and when skin is cooked into the meat trying to eat it is a choking hazard, end up disregarding lots of white meat. Past Monday seen pot roast dumped into the pad black burnt side lay down out of site. I notice the cream gravy is being water down again. From what I hear the fry cook has a bad attitude. When I was leaving I heard some one ask for their grill pork to be cooked medium, I laugh the only thing they know is burn it. Beware of Mesquite Texas store.

Today, after being closed for a long time, I visited golden corral # 766 in Tampa, its remodeling was spectacular, the food was delicious and fresh. but, there was something that impacted me a lot and it was the treatment of the supposed manager Andrea Sanders to a young waitress, because the place was super busy and the waitress had 2 tables which she had not cleaned, I can understand that working under pressure is difficult, but nothing justifies the rude way of treating her workers and even less in front of the costumers, we all witness her bad attitude, she has no professional ethics at all and I think they should take measures in this regard so that she controls her character, because to directing a team work is based on respect

Golden Corral use to be a special Sunday out with the family when I was a kid - It was always clean and the food was good - No matter which location we found ourselves. Flashforward 35 years and it seems nothing stays the same, well maybe the food. Our recent visits only take place of the request of our daughter. she likes the desert bar and Maria (our usual server). The place needs to be updated so badly - the carpet is honestly disgusting. Dirty and the whole pace has a "smell" underlying of the food being pumped out like a factory. The steak, if you can get it is usually too dry, the chicken is basically good but never available without a wait. The Mexican and Italian choices really need help and the cost keeps increasing. Seems to me if your making more money on the people that want to visit ~ you could at least clean the place up. Is 2022 not 1982. No wonder they are closing. Not a big loss, unfortunately...

Used to come here as a kid with the whole family and it was so fun and tasty, but I haven’t been in some time so this review is slightly outdated 😅

Today my family and I ate at Golden Corral for a late lunch, the buffet and the entire ninety minutes we were there, there was almost nothing on the buffet, we were charged $40.51 total for three buffets for the buffet line being close to empty. My husband talked to one of the employees as none of the three managers could be bothered to talk to a customer. The only thing they were keeping up with was grilled cheese sandwiches. Who wants to eat a grilled cheese sandwich when you pay over twelve dollars a person? I don’t, it’s pretty sad when a manager can’t be bothered, then get excuses saying they are working on getting the buffet line filled, I for one not buying it. If they are going to continue to drive up prices and not have anything on the buffet line except what’s obvious what’s been on there for a long time, you will not only lose my business but I will tell everyone that I come across not to go to Golden Corral because they keep only old food on the line. The servers are just as annoyed the managers because they don’t want to do anything nor can’t be bothered to talk to a customer. Our server was a sweetheart, she really did a great job in taking care of us but her other customers as well.
