Forward Tracking Order Status

I am very thankful for Forward. 24/7 their care team is responsive. Forward prevents all the hassle of traditional primary care. Me and my daughter needed a new primary care and I did not want to find a new doctor for both of us, much less, wait in a waiting room! With Forward, there is no paperwork, no waiting and personalized care. I have been a patient for over a year and have had all my primary care needs taken care of and I am very happy.

Having a medical professional at my fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week has LITERALLY been lifesaving for me. With membership, I was given the tools to relay my medical status, warned when I was in danger, and I was able to get communication with a doctor on a Sunday and get prescription meds when I tested positive for COVID. It's also great to have all my medical info at my fingertips when seeing specialists covered by my insurance.

My experience with Forward has been wonderful. The people that monitor the App are very responsive, in fact better than my old doctor's office. The doctor that I've seen several times is always available for a consultation and has made a number of positive recommendations. My former roommate, who went to Stanford Medical School has confirmed all of the doctor's recommendations. To be candid, I'm in much better health and spirits as a result of utilizing Forward's services.

It is great because you can talk to the doctor or nurse right from the app. They reply promptly and can prescribe you the medication you need.

My experience with forward has been fantastic. I've had 2 doctors that are amazing. The follow up with team and doctors has made my experience great. For the first time I've been proactive and made my health a priority. The only problem has been the actual application. I have an android. But even that lthey've emailed and tried to resolve the problem immediately. I've recommended forward to family and friends. Thank you for all you'd do!
