Card was lost so i locked my card just incase. Some reason they Closed my account instead of giving a new card.. doesnt make sense... now i cant access my money.. they said 2 business days for reveiw.. ill update to see what happens.

Wow, some other people have had some terrible experiences! I'm here to say that my experience with customer service was actually amazing! I wasn't able to receive my credit card because I'm at college and my parents are overseas, and I found another bank with almost as good of an interest rate, so I switched over a few months ago. However, I never actually closed the account. Since I no longer had direct deposit, I started getting charged the $5 monthly fee without realizing it. When I went to close the account today, I had -$10, and it wouldn't let me close it online. I called customer service and someone picked up right away. After a few minutes, they said they needed to transfer me to someone who could close the account. This was also fast. The rep at first told me I would need to get my balance up to $0 first, but when I explained I had not been using the account and didn't feel it was fair to charge fees on that, he said he would ask for it to be waived. Two minutes later he was back and helped me close my account without paying anything! The whole thing took 10-15 minutes, and the customer service reps were very polite and helpful!
