Glasses Direct Tracking Order Status

Excellent choice of frames and prices are good. Quick processing of orders and quality of glasses great. Customer Service is fantastic. Advice easy to access and problems are quickly rectified.

On one pair of glasses it took three attempts to get them in acceptable condition. Tbh there were still small scratches on the frame, but by that point I required the glasses, as it had been 2 months since my original order date. Conversely, I ordered a pair of sunglasses that came without issue in about 2 weeks, and are of good quality. Customer service was good throughout, but calling is far faster than email if you do have any issues. If you have time to wait and possibly have to return (free returns with Royal Mail,) then the low prices (when on offer) are worth it.

Loved being able to try frames before purchasing. The varifocals are of equal quality to the ones I bought over five years ago for nearly twice the price. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Excellent service and super quick turn around. Also best value for money on some Oakley Holbrook varifocal sunglasses. The Kodak lenses are fantastic. Ultra wide field of vision across all 3 strengths.
