There are A LOT of scary reviews on here for a company selling jewellery some may save a long time for, which raised alarm bells and so I should have done my due diligence before ordering, however - I ordered an engagement ring and had zero issues, much to my delight. There’s a good selection of designs on the site and many allow complete customisation, meaning I could create something somewhat unique and special. This includes an array of jewels, both lab made and natural, various metals, option to engrave, add protection with Rhodium plating and so the amount of choice meant my fiancé adores her ring. I ordered in approx March 24, and as of writing in Sep 24, the ring is still in perfect condition, so I believe the materials used are all genuine. The metal band and jewels are a bit smaller than I had hoped visually but in defence I’m not exactly experienced at jewellery or ring shopping and I’m definitely not too disappointed that my perception was off. Order placed on March 4th 24, confirmation was all automated and I hadn’t needed to contact support as my order was on time, tracking provided worked and my parcel was signed for by me on delivery on March 14th. The packaging was nice, simple, but well protected and the ring case itself has a matt faux leather/rubbery finish with an LED light in the top housing. I proposed at night which made this particularly nice! I genuinely can’t fault my experience using GLAMIRA, but would advise caution given the negative reviews as my heart sank after ordering without due diligence. It would seem the company needs to improve their customer service and delivery methods, or be more honest and realistic with its time scales but after such a faultless experience for myself, I both wonder how there are so many and so similar negative reviews and feel for those that have had trouble.
