The whole process has been straight forward & stress free, the doctors communicate very well & all instructions are easy to understand & very thorough. Test kits, test results, Dr. recommendations & medications are sent/received promptly.

I’m very happy with their customer service. I hadn’t completely read their guidelines for Semaglutide and didn’t realize the COST associated with the medication AND their body program. (Two separate costs, people. It gets expensive. Read the fine print). I was super concerned, sent them 2 emails (10-15 mins after placing my order) requesting that they cancel my enrollment and issue me a refund. They contacted me 12 minutes later to say they disenrolled me and issued my refund, as requested. Great customer service, very very timely. No they do not answer the phone, and if you call they will even tell you that they do not answer their phone. You have to email.

The doctors and staff are quick with a response to any of your questions. Very friendly and understanding I Highly recommend, great experience so far as I have only been on this for three weeks!

So easy to go through the process, simple, easy to understand. As with anything to do with medicine or doctors, I was a bit anxious, with RO, zero issues. Even though I purchased, and will continue to purchase ED meds, I really didn't medically need them. My wife and I have different schedules for when is "right" for intimacy. She's 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon, me, any evening after a glass of wine, and NO work issues to deal with. Taking these tablets, takes my head out of the equation. I'm ready to go when she wants me.
