Qardio Tracking Order Status

Ich hatte einfach bei 5 Messungen 4 Fehler, das nervt und nachdem ich nun gelesen habe dass ich nicht der Einzige bin,- habe ich das Gerät umgehend zurück gesendet.

Qardio Arm Machine did not work. No meaningful help from support. Returns are to Netherlands with no postage paid. A very poor experience all round - avoid this company.

Had this three weeks now - super easy to set up (just touch the iPhone to it) and has delivered clinically accurate results (I have compared it to hospital readings). I am using it for three readings per session twice a day and love the integration with Apple Health etc.

I've owned two of these and have found them to be reliable. My first one had no problems but it went missing so I bought another. The second one just failed , but it is unfortunately, out of warranty. I looked through the site, but could find no information on repair services after the warranty. I'll send a note and see what they say and will report back if there is a means to pay for repairs.

I purchased the Qardio Arm several months ago. It works equally well on my iPhone 7, iPad (8th gen), and Apple Watch (Series 6). However, the issue I've encountered randomly is, some of my notes disappear after a few days. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the device.
