MOSH Tracking Order Status

Nothing on the website works for the customer portal once logged in, the service is slow and difficult to get a hold of and none of the recent messages are saved to the client portal. You don’t even know you have check-ins to answer until you actively go through each page on the portal to check. Please fix the customer portal. Once the medication is prescribed and going on a cycle though it’s much easier because you don’t have to deal with any of the customer portal (or customer service) problems aside from prescription review.

Customer service and support is amazing. Many places lack empathy and understanding, but I personally found who I dealt with to be amazing. It's so nice to experience genuine understanding and care.
