Lambs Tracking Order Status

Customer service was very responsive and accommodating. I had ordered from them and the special release color was back-ordered. I didn't actually care about the color so I asked them to send me a regular color instead, so I could receive it faster. They were happy to accommodate.

Not sure what to think of this company; I first heard of Lambs in 2020, I liked the concept of their clothing. As much as I've wanted to support Lambs, they make it difficult to do so. Every order I've placed has been met with delays, taking over a month to receive items, website not having proper product count or that items are limited and the amount of time it will take to receive items. The one item I did receive I liked which was the Grey Cap Beanie, soft and good quality so I wanted to order more. I have placed 3 orders in the past, received one and canceled the other 2 because of the time it would take to receive them, when contacting they will reply back with "we ran out of the materials to make the item that was purchased", if that's the case then why push so hard to send me notifications, emails, YouTube commercials to order when you don't have them in stock?? I also receive promo codes that don't work. Note: The date of experience was 1/6/2021 but this site won't allow me to put that date.

Good product if you are fortunate enough to receive it. I placed an order on April 10, 2024 for a beanie and a hoodie. I received the beanie but have as yet to receive the hoodie which was $349.00. (there was no mention of a back order or pre order when I placed the order for the hoodie) It's hard to get in touch with this co. or to get something other than a stock reply. I used to have a tracking number, then that disappeared now the tracking lists as "delivered", meaning the beanie, but no mention any longer of the hoodie for which I was charged $349. I wouldn't feel comfortable ordering from this company again. I'm editing my review because they did respond and said the hoodie would ship in 1-2 days and apologized for the misunderstanding that this was a pre-order and not in stock. I always look for that and did not see pre-order. At any rate, like I said, good product, just double check you are not ordering a back ordered or pre-order item if you don't want a long wait.
