Gentleman's Box Tracking Order Status

I subscribed to this box as an anniversary gift for my husband back in January. For the last six months we have been very pleased with the boxes and service. The items are useful and high quality. Very stylish and my husband loved getting them each month. We only cancelled because due to COVID we are both working from home and there is no need for them at the moment (being that we work in our pajamas most days, lol). I wanted to note how easy it was to cancel. I read previously that it was difficult to cancel, but that was not the case at all. I logged in this morning and found the cancellation phone number and extension. Called and told them I wanted to cancel. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and made cancelling effortless. I received a confirmation email right away and refreshed my computer to see the account go into the cancellation mode. I highly recommend this box and we will likely go back to it once normalcy resumes and we are back in the office full time.

This was a terrible letdown. I was looking forward to a curated box with rocks glasses and knives. The Premium box is marketed as individualized and quality, but I received a standardized "Cookout Edition" box. The quality of the products was so poor, it was actually shocking. Like I picked up the phone and called a friend it was shocking. The apron had pleather details and loose stitches, the bbq tool set had dirt in and on them (how?). The hosting board is nice, but it seems redundant since you can't cut the food on it. The beer cooler will get use. This is not Premium at all. It's just plain not true, and no one who saw these products would think they're worth $100. I got them with a Groupon discount and they're not even worth $65. I could get these things at Kohl's. The regular box seems to have fans, but this Premium line is a disaster.

This company advertises a 12 month box subscription as a gift and then automatically charges my credit card at the end of the year without my authorization. I tried calling when the charge was pending, and nobody was available to answer my call. Now they have charged me for another year of these boxes,and will not issue me a refund. They state that it is company policy that once they charge your card, and send a box out, they cannot issue a refund. I tried calling them before my card was charged and they still refuse to give me a refund. This company is a con, I would never buy from this service again. This is thievery. I was stolen from.

I did not care for this box at all.

Other than some initial billing snags, this is an excellent service and I highly recommend it to anyone who is building a professionally wardrobe, or someone who wants to update their wardrobe with some simple yet modern and stylish accessories.
