GeekBuying Tracking Order Status

After realizing that I ordered a Bluetti EP500 and not the Pro version, I reached out via Chat to Support and within 10min the order was cancelled and the refund scheduled. That's how service should be. Next step could be the cancelling directly in the web view so that we don't have to reach out to Support.

TL;DR: The support is very reactive and helpful meaning that even in case of issue with your orders, the output will be positive. Full Story: I found a good deal on one of the items sold on Geekbuying. At the beginning I was doubtful because I don't know this website. [Not geekbuying related] The local delivery company did me wrong and sent back the article. When I asked the support for a re-expedition it was out of stock. They suggested a replacement which was pretty fair and applied a discount so that I don't have to pay too much in addition despite having a better version of the original order. Everything went well after that, I received my article and they assisted me for some other stuff. Always polite, helpful and proactive with the problem solving. It is when you experience issues that you discover whether or not a service is trustful. I can now say that I can trust Geekbuying.
