Garvee Tracking Order Status

I ordered a drying rack for children's artwork. This was a donation to help outfit a temporary classroom of pre-kindergarten. The school was affected by the CA wildfires in January and was scrambling to set up in a temporary location. Garvee has a perfect product for this use and the shipment arrived within 2 days of my order. The teachers and students love the drying rack.

Fast Customer Service! This company was very fast (within the hour) responding to a billing error. The problem was immediately fixed and the company has been very friendly. Will do business again!

I'm writing to inform anyone who has read this, that Garvee FINALLY reached out and made things right. A new hydraulic lift table arrived within a matter of a couple of days. It's a shame it took me having to write my original review to get a resolution, but I'm elated at the outcome. Thank you Garvee for turning a bad Christmas gift into a happy occasion. I bought a hydraulic lift table on Amazon from this company. The table came damaged and since the box was in bad shape, I recycled it. This table is extremely heavy so because of these 2 factors, I wasn't able to get a refund from Amazon. Inside the box with the table is a set of user instructions along with replacement part numbers. Amazon doesn't have the replacement parts so I reached out to the manufacturer TWICE to get the replacement part and I have heard NOTHING from this company in a month. Way to stand behind your products, show common curtesy in responding, and having such crappy customer service. I'll be posting negative feedback on Amazon as well. PS I'm a live, pissed off human, NOT an AI generated review.

The steps I ordered are great however the instructions to put them together very lacking. It should not be that difficult to include more instructions on the construction.
