Gardening-Naturally Tracking Order Status

Lovely items very pleased with very quick delivery

I frequently buy (mostly nematodes) from Gardening Naturally and have always been satisfied. I’ve never had a reason to contact customer support about an order. I have to admit I was a bit shocked & disappointed by the tone of the business responses to some of the negative reviews on Trust Pilot however! I would love to see this business grow which will be difficult if taking that approach.

Very good service, but the nematodes don't seem to have worked at all in our garden. We have covered the garden with over twice the recommended application rate, twice and there are still slugs everywhere!

I ordered some nematodes on Wednesday (24th April) afternoon, they were delivered Friday (26th April) morning. They were very well packaged. I'm very happy with the company and my purchase and would recommend them based on this. Very impressed at the quick dispatch and delivery time, absolutely no issues and I will be using this company again.

Usuful advice given about installing a greenhouse autovent, then when it failed after a few months, a replacement was sent immediately. Great service indeed!
