Gabb Wireless Tracking Order Status

I am a 12 year old and I got a Gabb phone for my birthday I had it for 6 days and the power button stopped working they are sending a replacement but it is still incredibly annoying

Like most parents that want their kids to have access to a phone, but not a computer, we used Gabb for about 6 months. It costs a lot for what you get, the customer service is pretty bad, the website is worse, and it doesn't look like they, as a company, are trying to get better. I think we will go with a flip phone on the family plan once the Gabb phone breaks.

actually guys i'm changing my mind and putting two stars bc that's how bad this gabb phone thing is! i'm DONE! i have been irritated by this tomato of a thing bc you can't pin contacts or add ANY apps at all, even if your parents approve, bc it doesn't HAVE any apps!!! this is not a smartphone its a DUMB phone. which is good for little kids but not teenagers who want to do things like look at the weather and listen to MUSIC people and get gps when they drive! and if your parents are concerned about smartphones being dangerous there are SO many parental controls that limit internet access and bad apps. if you are a kid yes this phone is okay but if you're a teenager then you should throw it in the GARBAGE CAN and send it to the DUMP or FLUSH it down the TOILET!!

i have had the gabb phone for over a year now and i have already outgrown it. it is a good first phone for kids, but not for teenagers. it can't send videos and has no notes, no email, no facetime, no gps, no weather, and no whatsapp. additionally, it doesn't have the best camera quality and the pictures i get sent are blurry. and it can't connect to the photo kiosk at walmart!! just warning some kids out there!!

Billing is something to behold. We have one line with Gabb. There are multiple charges per month, and the amount(s) vary from month to month. Nothing like any of my other billing.
