It is my recent discovery that you can not safely purchase anything online from Frigidaire with your credit card. I ordered a water filter and they have decided that they would steal my information to enroll me in to a water filter replacement subscription. I did not authorize any subscription purchase and tried disputing it with them, but they like so many companies do not offer any customer service. I now refuse to make any further purchase with Frigidaire including any future appliances.

I have a model LFHG2251TF6 Frigidaire refrigerator. It's actually ok other than the ice cube maker design. In summary, every single time I open the ice cube tray to retrieve ice, the arm that shuts off the ice production knocks ice cubes to the floor. I've tried everything to correct it. It's terrible to get annoyed each time you want to make a drink. By the way, I tried to write a review on the Frigidaire website and they would never allow it even though I was polite and honest.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in 2 yrs ago from a local dealer. Frigidaire wants you to use their water filters for their refrigerators. I did purchase 3 of their filters in the first year. However they all leaked. So I bought some other brand and these do not leak. The company will not replace the Frigidaire ones that leak. Customer service will not do anything. So. Buyer beware. This is a poorly managed company. Their policy says they won’t replace a filter that is older than 2 months. So since they have to be replaced every 6 months. You are up a creek because your filters will be older than that. Another American company selling poorly designed items on American people who don’t know.

Once I got to Dan things went smoothly. Wish I could have gotten to him without your digital assistant and voice-mail. Needed to put in zip multiple times, and refrigerator model number and confirm name and address. Either have the systems talk to each other or don't ask for the info. Very frustrating. 20 inutes before I could text to someone who could help.

We bought the entire professional line package for our kitchen remodel late 2022 (range/dishwasher/refrigerator/microwave-hood) and had them installed late December. We’ve been please with all the appliances EXCEPT the range (PCFG3078AF) which has NOT worked since it was installed. When it was plugged in, it immediately threw a F90 code, locked up the oven door and nothing we tried fixed the issue. We called our dealer to have a repair person come out and fix this and the first date to get someone out was March but they needed a part to fix the unit which apparently Frigidaire didnt send or have. So as we headed into April and still no stove, we decided to call Frigidaire directly to discuss this issue. After some back/forth, Frigidaire/Electrolux decided to actually replace the entire range and not even try to fix it. So we are feeling pretty good about this that maybe we’ll finally get a functioning range to cook with. But then we get a call from our dealer telling us Frigidaire contacted them to bring out the new one to replace the one we have, however Frigidaire is not paying for delivery or installation….So guess who is on the hook for that, again??!?!?! I already paid to have a brand new professional Frigidaire range installed that was apparently defective from the factory, and now Frigidaire wants me to pay AGAIN to have the replacement range delivered and installed? What kind of customer service or warranty is that? I am really disappointed in Frigidaire right now. If you are looking at Frigidaire just a warning that getting them to stand behind their products (even brand new ones) could be tough…..
