Fresh N Lean Tracking Order Status

Not having received my order, I went on Chat and Brianna responded promptly even though it was a Sunday morning. This has been the only issue I have encounted in the 7 months I have been using Fresh n Lean.

I had a problem with fed ex delivery, I got online and your rep found an almost instant solution….

Amazing food, good value, wonderful customer service. Without them, I couldn't have gotten off junk food and become a vegan. Fresh n Lean saved my life.

Great food - really tasty for the most part with only one bad (not great tasting) meal out of dozens tried so far. Shipping is absolutely not great to my location - need to pick better shipping partners. Food has arrived broken or completely warm and melted. I would also put in a strong recommendation with the company to use more eco-friendly packaging. I cringe a little every time I open a plastic container in 2023 since I know how much goes into the oceans. I would pay extra for 100% biodegradable materials!

Not only is the food, tasty, and even better, extremely healthy, but the level of customer service that I received from Trish was exemplary. Management may already know about her, but it’s always good to reinforce the positives. …
