APEC Water Systems Tracking Order Status

I will keep my original comment to help anyone who might have the same issue in the future. Apparently our outlet under the sink was connected to the garbage disposals switch - hence it was not hot all the time. Karen from the customer service was really helpful and now our system is working as it should be. Original comment: The UV unit was not working out of box. The light indicator on the transformer is not working.

Update: APEC sent me an Ultimate Filter set to replace the one that I was unhappy with, and the water tastes much better. I was informed by 2 different APEC representatives that theFL-GAC10 filter was your best charcoal filter, but found the water tasted better with the Ultimate filter. The last representative I spoke with told me that the charcoal filter does not affect taste, but your website says it does. I really liked the phone support when I had charcoal filter clog earlier than a year, but on the filter quality feel that the phone representatives need better training.

I've been using APEC reverse osmosis water filters for years. I LOVE it! I bought more for other family members. If you value clean water, I highly recommend this company.

Called with a question about installation and quickly received a live person who quickly answered the question accurately. All of this, we greatly appreciate!

This is my 4th set of annual replacement filters. They are the right ones and they've been delivered on time. I will continue to order from APEC because they work perfectly and the process to change them is straightforward.
