Franklin Mint Tracking Order Status

I ordered 100 Forever Stamps. When I emailed the company I was told the customer tracking system was not updated and I was sent a screen print of their tracking information. I was told it would take no longer than 2 weeks. When I emailed the FranklinMint again I was told the package was signed for, but they couldn't tell me who signed. They said I should ask my neighbors, check the camera by my door and contact the post office. I live in an apartment complex, I have no door camera. The post office did not require or get a signature. The tracking number given to me was a parcel delivered to another address. Of course the post office could not give me any information about the recipient. All I know was it was not me nor my address.
