Foroo Tracking Order Status

I placed an order for pendant light shades on 4th June. They had lights I liked at a price which was significantly lower than other sites. I got an acknowledgement email immediately which said I would be notified when they were ready to be despatched. Weeks passed with no word so I clicked on the “order tracking” link in my email. This took me to their website but the tracking function didn’t recognise my email address as valid so I was unable to track my goods. I emailed the support people but got no response. I cancelled my order and was able to claim a refund as I had paid with a credit card. I’m glad I got out of the experience without losing money. UPDATE - the items finally arrived on 16th July despite my attempt to cancel the order. It came as a parcel direct from China so, obviously, the company holds no stock in the UK. Meanwhile, I have ordered another set of pendant lights which I prefer. I will have to sell the ones I got from Foroo on eBay or give them to a charity shop.

Amazing quailty Nearly everything I have purchased from them has been of excellent quality, and the service is always brilliant. On the odd occasion where there has been a slight problem, they respond and offer solutions very quickly and gave me 15% off discount for the next purchase.
