Flyone Tracking Order Status

I was bit shocked to read the negative reviews, but many do ring home and I can relate to feelings of poor service and grumpy staff. The checkin process is a joke as you are deluged with addtional options to increase the price. I even had to pay 15 euro to checkin online 2 days before I flew, granted its free on the day you travel, but I didn't have time. I had a night flight which left 1.5hrs late at 11.30pm. The main lights on aircraft kept turning on/off. The hum of the plane was so loud and the staff hid behind a curtain at the front of the plane for the duration. Speedy boarding is a waste of time as everyone is thrown into a small room with 6 chairs. Good luck if you need to sit down. I would suggest avoiding as I will in the future,

I regret to inform you that my experience with this airline company has been less than satisfactory, and I can only give them a 2-star rating. My frustration stems from their lack of consideration for their customers. Despite purchasing a round-trip ticket on the day and time I intended to fly, the airline unilaterally changed both my flights just four days after my initial booking. They just emailed me 3 weeks ahead that the flight is just CHANGED. When I tried to inquire about the reason behind this unexpected change, the customer service representative in Moldova gave me a passive-aggressive response that was of no help. Instead, I was asked to select from a limited number of alternate flights, which was an inconvenience in itself. To add insult to injury, I later discovered that the airline had combined two flights into one to cut costs, which was of no concern to me as a customer, but resulted in a four-day difference in my rebooked flights. This airline's lack of transparency and indifference towards their customers is highly disappointing.

I was very worry to use Flyone after reading so many bad reviews, however the early afternoon arrival was more suitable than Wizzair or AirMoldova, plus it was cheaper. Flight London to Chisinau was good, guick check in/drop off checked in luggage, no issues with hand luggage - I read carefully baggage allowances, measured at home, so was prepared; checked in done on-line; boarding pass printed, so in general followed all instructions. Boarding was quick, arrived on time, also quick baggage release. Airplane was clean, easy take off and smooth landing. In total very positive experience. Thank you.

I booked the ticket before reading these reviews and didn't expect anything good. However it turned out that 2 of my friends used FlyOne and it was ok for them, What I liked: both legs of my flight were not canceled What I didn't like - I did the booking via TravelPerk which indicated that I can take 1 cabin item and 1 cabin bag. On FlyOne site it said - just one cabin bag with a max size of 40cm!!! So I had to pay for an extra 10kg of luggage which cost me about 30 euros for both legs - I had to collect and check in my luggage again between the flights - 30min delay on the second flight - Planes' interior was a bit old and smelly - Online check-in was buggy, but I managed

Daar voor ons grote dank aan Flyone Due to disturbances and problems by Schiphol, Flyone was forced to cancel her flight. Regardless of this big blow to flyone, our money was soon refunded by flyone. There for us big thanks for Flyone
